By accessing, downloading, sharing, or purchasing images from this gallery, you agree to the following terms:

Image Rights & Copyright

All images remain the copyrighted property of the photographer, Ellie Geldean Photography, unless otherwise agreed upon in writing. Images may not be altered, edited, filtered, cropped, or manipulated in any way without permission.

Personal Use License

Clients are granted a personal-use license for downloaded images. This includes sharing on social media, printing for personal use, and storing digital copies. Images may not be sold, submitted to contests, published commercially, or used for business marketing without written consent.

Social Media Sharing

When sharing images online, credit to the photographer is appreciated. Removing watermarks or screenshots of proof galleries is not permitted.

Gallery Access & Expiration

Online galleries are available for a limited time unless otherwise stated. Clients are responsible for downloading and backing up purchased images before the gallery expiration date. Archived galleries may be subject to a reactivation fee.

Image Quality & Printing

The photographer is not responsible for print quality from third-party labs. For best results, professional printing labs are recommended.

Payments & Downloads

Digital downloads, prints, and products are non-refundable once delivered or downloaded.

Privacy

Client galleries are intended for personal viewing only. Gallery links should not be shared publicly unless permission is given.

Photographer Usage

The photographer may use images for portfolio display, website content, social media, advertising, competitions, or promotional purposes unless a prior written privacy request has been made.

Limitation of Liability

While every effort is made to preserve and deliver images safely, the photographer is not liable for unforeseen technical issues, data loss, or circumstances beyond their control.
